and availability just as he gets in his online model. From here, the search
is performed for Air and Hotel on to the GDS and to the negotiated fare
database. For wholesalers, Amex is providing the negotiated rates for Hotel
through Worldspan. This will help wholesalers to save time to enter contracts
for hotels in the system. The system will search for a hotel in the following
order, first the negotiated rates, and then Amex negotiated rates from
Worldspan and then published rates from Worldspan.
