Search For Hotel Fares

Adding an Hotel booking with availability Unlike without availability which gives the hotel fares for contracts, with availability bring the exact dates of available hotels from GDS. HOtel fares can be searched by entering the location or city codes.Check in date, check out date ,no. of rooms and persons per room are required fields.

The system then searches for all the hotels in the selected city. There should be rooms available in a particular hotel from the check in date to the check out date.

The above hotels can be sorted in 3 different ways: Star rating Hotel name Lowest price The hotel can be viewed by : Summarized Hotel facility The currency exchange done can be between U.S.dollars, euros and pounds.

The below screen is displayed after agent clicks the ‘add to basket’ link for the selected hotel. All the details of the hotel are displayed. The transaction can be cancelled by clicking Delete or Cancel.

Clicking on Continue will start the booking procedure. The system will show the passenger details screen. The interface requires all the fields regarding passenger info like first and last name, date of birth, email and phone number. User acceptance of all the details entered is must by checking the checkbox and proceeding for the payment.

Payment screen requires agent to provide information like credit card details, delivery type, billing address, delivery address (optional). Clicking on ‘Book now’ will create a booking for the particular itinerary.
