If an agent wants to search / open a particular booking he may use this option.
The agent has an option to search through various fields like the booking
reference number, client's first and last name or the PNR number. To search he
may enter all values or any one of them.

In the result if just one matching booking is found, then the system directly
takes the control to that booking. If more than one booking matching the search
criteria are found then the list of bookings is shown.

The agent can select the booking from the list or he can search again if the
booking he's looking for isn't in the list.

Once a booking is selected the agent can look at the details of the passenger which include
- PAX
- Itinerary
- Costing
- Dispatch
- Notes
