Notes

Notes are maintained for any information or reminder against a booking. Printable notes are printed on guest documents like Invoice and Itinerary. Non-Printable notes cannot be printed, deleted or modified.

The agent may add a note to the booking even when it is in use by another agent or even after it has been cancelled.
